I started Angela Graham Consultancy because I wanted to work more closely with families navigating the challenges of arranging care for their loved ones, particularly those who feel overwhelmed or unsure where to turn.
With over 30 years' experience in adult social care, including reablement, commissioning, supported living and working alongside local authorities, I've seen first-hand how difficult navigating the care system can be.
My aim is to make that process easier. Whether you're looking for a suitable carer or need help organising practical support at home, I'm here to offer clear guidance, reassurance and a personal approach tailored to your family's needs.
I work independently across Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and surrounding areas, helping families explore their options and put the right support in place.
I believe the best support should feel like a natural part of everyday life, helping people maintain their independence, dignity and the comfort of their own home.
